Try these steps:

Verify Product Information:

  1. Check the bottom of your laptop for the product label.
  2. Verify that the product number, serial number, and other information are correctly recorded.

Update HP Software and Drivers:

  1. Ensure that all HP software and drivers are up to date. You can use the HP Support Assistant to check for updates.
  2. Download and install any available updates.
  3. You can get the HP Support Assistant here.

Reinstall HP Support Applications:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the HP Support Assistant.
  2. Go to the Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  3. Find HP Support Assistant, right-click, and select Uninstall.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Download and reinstall HP Support Assistant from the HP website.

Check BIOS Settings:

  1. Restart your laptop and press F10 to enter BIOS settings.
  2. Check the product information stored in the BIOS.
  3. Ensure that the product number, serial number, and other information are correctly entered.

Run HP Diagnostics:

  1. Use HP Diagnostic tools to check your system hardware.
  2. Download and run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from here.

Restore Factory Settings:

  1. If the issue persists, you can consider restoring your laptop to factory settings.
  2. Backup your important data first.
  3. Go to Settings > System > Recovery.
  4. Select Reset this PC and choose either a keep or remove your personal files option.

I hope this helps.
