How do i even switch account when there's only 1 account and even if i use that only account which also have the admin previleges, i can open task manager but i am unable to see what is inside as the please wait screen is blocking.

here it is..shut down your laptop by holding the power button for 4sec and power it on again, wait for a few sec and then shut down again and power it on.. doing this maybe 3times in a row and you will get a startup repair option and you can restore your settings or actions done before the bug. well mine i chose the refresh my laptop. that's how it is and my laptop is alive. XD
sorry my english is not really good but hopefully this solution will work on you. btw, i'm using hp n11-n000nx.

I should not be having to waste my time trying to fix this crap. Obviously a cheap product.
Annoyed.
I see everyone is having the exact same problem. HP should discontinue production of such crappy electronics.
I am heading to the store very angry. I will hit the salesman over the head with the lappy.
