Product: HP 15core i3 7th generation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP laptop 15core i3 7th gen ..its OS has been corrupted ..i was updating the antivirus k7 and when it said to restart .after that ...it went in automatic repair and is not turning on .the laptop provider said it's OS has been corrupted so now what should i do next ?

HP Recommended

I will make a backup (using Linux Live cd/dvd or USB) and after that a recovery or new OS installation.
