Hi:

 

If your PC originally came with W10 from HP, the W10 product key is in your PC's BIOS.

 

See if this works...

 

Install and run the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store.

 

ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Store Apps

 

It should show you the Windows OEM product key in your notebook's BIOS.

 

Use the OEM product key you see in the report to activate Windows.
