Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my laptop last year along with a 2-year warranty. This was on May 30th, 2022. It is now showing the warranty has expired after just one year. I tried contacting HP support. I sent them an email along with a screenshot of my warranty information (both laptop and warranty were purchased from Amazon). A few days later I get a generic email from HP support stating the case was closed, with no explanation whatsoever. I have no idea what to do now.

I bought may machine late March 2019 and registered after few days. Its warranty expired last year as shown. I did post HP gave me 38 months, not 3 years (36months)

Please contact HP in your country to correct that.

I did contact HP support. They finally got back to me, simply stating my extended warranty was from a 3rd party vendor and to contact them if I need help. Oh, by the way, this was after I got an email from HP support about 3 days after my initial email to them, all the email stated was that they were closing my ticket. I wrote again, then they responded with the brief one-sentence statement about contacting the 3rd party vendor. Not a fan of their attempts at customer support and definitely not looking forward to dealing with them if some other problem arises.
