What is the exact model name, product number of your laptop?

Did your laptop come with an operating system from factory?

Have you created HP Recovery USB after first setup of this notebook?

Have you created HP Recovery USB after first setup of this notebook?

Please test your hard drive by tapping away f2 key as soon as you power on laptop, from System Diagnostics UEFI/BIOS.
