I got this error number 9c6c9d-7nlaa8-mfpwmg-60fx03 when I ran a system check i just want to know what this error is and if I need to replace the hard disk how I get the right one. I need this computer for work.

You will need to install a new drive and reinstall the operating system.
If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive.

You may want to consider replacing the drive with a better performing, normally more reliable solid state drive (SSD).
If you don't need a lot of drive space, this 500 GB model provides the best performance for the price
