Hello - I need to get warranty support for my laptop which I purchased in the Netherlands but need serviced in Canada.  HP Canada has refused to help and after about 1 month of back and forth they have told me that only HP Netherlands can issue a warranty claim.  Does anyone have experience with this?  I am skeptical that this is true.  

 

My second question is - I am unable to find the HP NL support phone number.  Does anyone have this?  It is for a HP Spectre 360 laptop.

 

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
