Everyone and then I log on to my laptop and my cursor has disappeared and my touchpad won’t respond we’ve tried re activating it and it doesn’t work and we’ve tried doing everything we could find on the internet but it won’t work how do I solve this

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • Have you checked with an external mouse?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

 

 

While you respond to that, I recommend you perform a system restore on the computer back to the date when the touchpad was working fine.
