Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hard drive is no longer accessible. Tried all recovery techniques and no success.  I am getting a 301 error.  Where can I send either my laptop and/or hard drive for data recovery?  I normally backup to an external drive bi-monthly but this time let it lapse for three months.  I have lots of important data to recover.
