Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible

My hp pavilion computer’s screen is black. The power buttons led light will turn off and on and when I charge it that light goes on as well but it won’t turn on.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and you are not getting any display on the screen.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
