Product: Hp stream 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using my hp one day then it just cut blank. So i plugged it in, but the charging light would stay solid for 3 seconds then blink and repeat. Even when it was white it would do that. I took out the battery then plugged it in but it still did the same thing. I dont want to go out bc of the coronavirus so is there anything i can do?

Unfortunately this is a Hardware issue and you need to contact HP Support for Service Options
