I have a Microsoft windows 11. I had previous issues where my keyboard would not work at all but my brother went into my settings and fixed it. However, still when I hold a letter only one letter goes and when I hold the back space it does not delete everything how it should, instead it deletes one letter. Every 3 seconds I hear a chiming noise and got a notification saying something like a cord I put in malfunctioned or something, although I did not put a cord in and is incorrect. I went to Microsoft support and they did things in my settings, updated my computer, and did everything they could (I'm not sure every single thing they did). They then said they recommend I speak to a manufacterer and I asked how to and they directed me here. They also said the only other thing is to do a factory reset but they can not guarantee that it will fix the problem. As well, when I am typing and try to hold the arrows to go back in the message, it only brings me back one letter.
