My HP Envy keyboard is no longer functional, and the screen is flipped upside down. I'm not sure how to reset back to factory settings or figure out the keyboard. If you have any ideas or have had similar problems, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks!

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I recommend using an external keyboard (If available) and then boot to computer and press Control, Alt and Down arrow to bring the screen back to normal.
Or else you can use the on-screen keyboard to login to the computer and then change the screen orientation.
Here is how it is done.
1. Right click on the desktop and select Display settings.
2. Choose a screen to fix if you have multiple monitors attached. Skip this step if you have only one.
3. Select Landscape from the orientation menu.
4. Click Apply (or OK)
5. Click Keep Changes when prompted.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Cheers!
