HP15BS663TU OS system got crashed while I was transferring documents to laptop via pendrive.. Error message was shown asking me to restart the laptop.. before I could restart the system page went black showing no OS booting

The first part of the answer is NO -- there is no way to do any kind of Restore without any data loss, because that is going to overwrite stuff on the PC. But there are ways to do data recovery PRIOR to doing a restore.

 

The second part depends on the details of the crash. Is the PC dead?  Is it booting but then showing error messages and not getting to Windows? 

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
