Hello,

I am using Windows 10 Pro And It was fully updated and running.Yesterday when I was turning on the laptop it suddenly shows me BSOD error (I don't remember exactly what the error was) after that it restarts automatically And it shows only blue screen and the computer turned off. I started it manually using the power button. But It Didn't turned On. The Keyboard, Mouse, fan and The monitor is not getting any power but  When i plug in the laptop the power light is on . Please Help me.

Power reset the Notebook as shown in this document.

If the issue persists, and the Notebook does not power ON, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
