Hi,
Try performing diagnostics at boot, there could be a problem with the hard drive.
Turn off the PC by holding the power button until complete shutdown.
Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until startup menu appears.
Press F2 to enter diagnostics.
Try performing the fast system test and see if there are any failure ids.

You kind of told the world it did by accepting it as a solution. Use of the diagnostics would not generally fix the problem it would tell you if the problem is caused by a bad hard drive in which case there really is no "fix" the hard drive needs replaced. If it is not a bad hard drive there are a few advanced troubleshooting techniques you can try which give some hope but generally you are likely looking best case at a reinstallation of Windows.
