Hi @Dhai123rya,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how stressful this can feel, especially when the laptop is still under warranty, and Windows is no longer loading. The good news is that in many cases, the system can still be recovered without needing hardware repair.

The first thing I would recommend is trying the built-in HP Recovery Environment before reinstalling Windows manually.

Try HP Recovery Environment

  1. Turn the laptop completely OFF.
  2. Turn it back ON and immediately tap the F11 key repeatedly.
  3. If the recovery screen appears, select:
    • Troubleshoot
    • Then, reset this PC or System Recovery
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore Windows.

If the recovery environment does not open or recovery fails, the next option would be to use HP Cloud Recovery.

HP Cloud Recovery

HP Cloud Recovery allows you to download the original factory image for your HP laptop and reinstall the operating system exactly as it came from HP.

You will need:

  • A separate working Windows computer
  • A stable internet connection
  • A 32 GB USB drive (recommended)

You can download the HP Cloud Recovery Tool here: HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows | HP® Support

Once the recovery USB is created:

  1. Insert the USB into the HP laptop.
  2. Turn the laptop ON and repeatedly tap Esc.
  3. Press F9 for Boot Options.
  4. Select the USB drive and follow the recovery steps on screen.

If you would like, you can also share the exact HP laptop model or product number, and we can help confirm the correct recovery method for your device.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
