Sir, my laptop was not in daily use,but it was window updated regularly with quick heal total security antivirus. Now it is became slow to operate.Lastly it is not operated and message : choose an option like continue,turn off pc,use a device,troubleshoot.In troubleshoot option I had reseted,but antivirus and some installed apps deleted. Then I loaded quickheal antivirus but it not installed and again same option shown.Then I used F2 for help. then message :Boot device not found,please install OS on your hard disk. Hard disk(3FO).
So I want to down load the ISO file fromstore.
