Hi,
My HP Laptop 14-cf0xxx just shuts down randomly. When it does, it shows a blue screen with an error message. This happens very often, usually I can't work half an hour before this happens.

A blue screen error gives you no choice but to restart, troubleshooting one can be difficult. Fortunately, almost every stop error includes a hexadecimal-based stop code that can be used to research a fix.
Below is a link to information on individual stop errors including what each code means and any troubleshooting information we have or have found elsewhere, on that blue screen error.

While your hardware won't take any damage from a randomly shutdown, your data might. ... Beyond that, it is also possible that the shutdown will cause data corruption in any files that you have open. This can potentially make those files behave incorrectly, or even make them unusable. I strongly advise you to do a regular backup on important files and date.
