my laptop turns off automatically at 20%.The laptop is 10 months old and the battery is internalised.I took it to the store that i bought it from 4 weeks ago, to be fixed.I collected it the day before yesterday with the hope that it's fixed but to my surprised it is not only the charger is new. When i plug on the charger and switch the laptop on the battery is no longer on 20% but on 10

%.

Are you sure that the new charger is supplying the correct voltage/amperage to your computer?

The new charger might NOT be "adding" charge to your battery.

In Windows, does the "power" icon in the system-tray show "plugged-in"  or "on battery power" ?
