Windows update tried to upgrade my win 10 ver1803 or 1903 and my laptop stalled during process and wouldn't upgrade so pc is no longer working Have sent it back to hp because its still under warranty. Can I update too win 10 ver 1909 or no? I tried my recovery usb and it somehow got wiped clean.

What is the error message ? Other option
(a) Create Windows 10 ISO file from the following link and save on your computer
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
(b) Right click ISO file then mount as a DVD ,
(c) Run Setup from the DVD above,
(d) after a while, tick to Keep user files and Programs.. (it will tick by default but check to make sure). otherwise the process will clear ALL user files and programs.
The process will run for around 40 mins to 90 mins (depending on your machine).
Regards.
