Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using my notebook/laptop last night. It blinked and turned black. It was plugged in. Today  it still will not start. I've only had the device since 2/29/20.  HELP!  I TOOK MY DESKTOP IN FOR SERVICE NOW I HAVE NO COMPUTER!
