Don't worry. To 99% it is just a bootmanager problem, s.th that can be fixed easily.
Check if your PC is running in BIOS or UEFI-Mode.

You need a WIN10 boot stick or a PE-Environment (google)
Find an appropriate windows forum where you find solutions how to fix bootmanager problems
