Safe Mode would not work.  Win Recovery would not work.  Win Reset would not work.  System Restore would not work. I followed all the tips and tricks to no avail.    I am comfortable re-installing Win 10 off USB.  Where can I find my Win 10 product key?

When I try to install the windows it shows the driver not found message. its not showing the drives:

I"No signed device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains correct drivers and then click ok. Any solution for this issue?

@BensPublish,

If your notebook came with an Intel Core processor 11th gen or higher, you need to add Intel RST storage driver to the Windows installation media to detect the storage drive.

You can download IRST driver from the link in the thread below and follow the instructions in there for the Windows installation.

Make sure you use Microsoft Media Creation Tool to create a Windows installation usb drive.

Tried this solution. When selecting either of those drivers it loads for around 3 mins then throw an error " Your Device ran into a problem and will need a restart

We will restart for you"

You need to check the integrity of your SSD drive.

Turn on the notebook and immediately tap the F2 key rapidly for the Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tool. Run three tests: smart check, short and long (extensive) DST tests.

I have done both the tests earlier and it was success. Now I just run the smart test and its a success. And the extensive test is in progress with Run at once and will update when its complete.

Both Smart and extensive tests with Run once are passed now. Wondering whats the next step to recover the system.

If you used a Windows installation usb drive created with the media creation tool, I don't know why you are having the problem because that IRST driver should work for any PCs with Intel core 11-13th gen processor platforms.

This may be a long shot but try using a different usb drive. You need a min 8 GB usb drive for the media creation tool. See this thread where the person needed to change a usb drive for the successful installation.

If you still have the problem, my only suggestion is to use HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create a bootable usb drive that installs Windows, drivers and HP software. You need a 32 GB usb drive. Use another PC to install the tool from Microsoft Store to create a recovery usb drive. See this link for how to use the tool.
