My system is too slow. Slow in every click. while booting and opening apps and scrolling and all. pls help me. my new pc 4 months old. what is this ?

Probably you put many stuffs to your machine after 4 months. It is a slow machine anyway.

1. CPU: it has a bottom end CPU, but nothing you can do unless going out to buy new system board (aka new machine)

2. RAM: it has  4 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB). You can upgrade to 16GB or even 32GB using

3. STORAGE: It has show HDD, you can upgrade to a faster one.

My suggestion: upgrade RAM first, that will reduce paging/swapping data out to slow HDD. You can upgrade HDD later.
