I installed an older version of Photoshop Elements. Installation went fine, but when I restarted the computer it asked for a Bit locker Recovery Key. It told me to go to aka.ms/myrecoverykey.  Microsoft said no recovery key was saved. How do I get the recovery key for my Laptop?

Unfortunately, there is no way to get the recovery key if you didn't print it out, or export it to your Microsoft account when you originally set up the PC.

 

Your only option to use the PC again would be to reinstall Windows.

You're very welcome.

 

If your PC is less than 5 years old, you should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.'
