Need Help Finding Missing Drivers

Sure, you can give me the model number of the PC and the device description and hardware ID for the device that needs a driver.

In device manager it is coming up as Unknown Device.

Hardware ID is ACPI\VEN AMDI&DEV 0090

I'm afraid I have struck out on that one.

I checked the chipset driver file and didn't see that ID in any of the subfolders.

The only suggestion I can offer before you start a new topic on that one would be to try the chipset driver directly from AMD's website.

It landed under System Devices as:  AMS-Mailboxdrv

You can't explore that driver exe file to find the actual driver folder that device is hiding in.
