My laptop is stuck on the black Windows Boot Manager screen. How can I get a new OS boot disk or download for 7 Home Premium? Please help!

The link will be good for 24 hours from the time of this reply.

 

Use the free Rufus portable utility that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

You will need to be able to read the W7 product key from your PC's case in order to activate Windows.

I loaded this onto a USB but so far, sadly, nothing is working on the other laptop
