Its the Realtek card reader and HP does not provide a Windows 10 driver but the Windows 8.1 driver will work if you "force install" it. Run the .exe file and it will probably not finish because of an error. However, the driver files will unpack to the sp63415 folder in the C:\drivers or C:\swsetup folder

If the driver does not just install find the problem device in device manager and choose update drivers and point the installer to where the files have been extracted. Don't pay attention to any warnings just install the driver.

Hi, @Adil4

I recommend that you use the W10 realtek card reader driver directly from Realtek.

Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below...

http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=15&PFid=25&Level=4&Conn=3&DownT...

Or you can use all of the W10 drivers from the 15t-j100 model series which has exactly the same hardware as the j000 series, but also has W10 drivers.   Do not use any of the BIOS or firmware files from the j100 series on your model.

I already have the Realtek driver, but it still shows the same message.

Any Ideas?  I tried to reinstall the driver and it actually worked. Thank you very much!
