A recovery media kit is no longer available for your notebook.

 

You can clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below using another Windows PC.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
