Need drivers and bios update for nc8230

Need drivers and bios update for xp 32 bit for compaq nc8230. When i choose my model and os on hp support website i see support temporary unavailable page, but i see it for a month every day and it's not temporary problem. How can i get drivers?

Yes, I think HP is in the process of retiring support for all of the older HP business class notebooks and desktop PC's that were made before 2010.

I can't find drivers for much newer notebooks such as the Elitebook 6930p for example.

I use this reputable 3rd party driver website for the drivers I need for older PC's if they have them available.

You can download the BIOS update file the site has.

If you want the Windows based flash file, it is this one:  sp45086.

If for some reason you want the BIOS file directly from the HP FTP site, I have posted the info and exe file links below:

It's too much work to try and hunt down the drivers from the HP FTP site because you have to find other PCs that still have drivers and then find the range that driver file falls within the FTP file range you want install.

It took me over 10 minutes just to find that one.

HP has removed permission for us to directly access the FTP site, so we have to make do with what it available to us, and I gave you a perfectly good source to download the drivers you need.
