Hi.

 

I'm in the same situation with my 8560p. Microsoft is saying that I need to contact HP for my OS.

 

Edit: Apparently the same software "HeiDoc.net" was recommended here on another thread by @Paul_Tikkanen https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Operating-Systems-and-Recovery/Windows-7-pro-OA-instal/m-p/706...

I'll be trying the August 2018 one, as was mentioned here before.
