GREAT!!!
Well done, my friend!!
Told ya it work out.
I'm gonna have to write a detailed tutorial for this problem.
As to my Privacy settings, go to this link,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1kGMCfb2xw
and watch the video. It can explain it better then I can and is quite informative , too. I haven't done the SpyBot part yet but I AM thinking about it.
All the best, my friend!!!

I also had the same problem.
I used HP Product Support Center, and asked for Accessing BIOS.
It provided me the answer that worked.
I did not have the confidence with the answer, but it worked.
It raised my confidence on HP Product Support Center million %.
The answer that I got was as follow:
For laptop model after 2011, repetitively hit Esc key as soon as power button is pressed to turn on the power.
You should not wait until HP logo is displayed.
I tried that for two days, but the laptop just moved on to Windows 10 always.
But, hitting Esc key as soon as power button is pressed worked for the first time for me.
