Product: HP Pavilion - 15t-cs300 CTO

My 15t-cs300 laptop needs to have OS updated.  It's asking me for the version of my computer and is giving me six different versions to choose.  How do I know which version I have for my model?

Can't find its specs from :   https://support.hp.com/ro-en/product/product-specs/hp-pavilion-15-cs3000-laptop-pc-series/model/2913...

 

But from a similar machine:     https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c06628039

 

it came with Windows 10 Home. What is it running now, please use System > About to find out.
