Does anyone have a phone number or, preferably an email address for HP Canada? I have a serious complaint to make and I know talking to support gets me nowhere; have already tried it. They just sympathize but nothing gets done.
There is no board listed that is related to my question.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for answering. I have already been to that page. I called the phone number at the bottom where it says the Canada head office is in Mississauga and I got a woman in the Phillipines. I live chatted again to see if it was at least the correct address so I could snail mail them and the agent I got said they have no way of knowing the address or phone number of the head office and they are not equipped to deal with complaints. She said the only people who know how to get hold of the complaints department are the people who work in the complaints department..............
It certainly sounds like they just don't want to hear any complaints. I've never encountered a company like this before; even microsoft will take complaints from a customer and deal with it. I wonder if they even have a complaints department.
What happened was that I bought a new HP computer from them and got an email from them telling me I had to register it for the extended warranty to be effective. I couldn't find a product number. I tried live chat and after the agent got two sentences out, it kept telling me that it was on pause because of no activity and I should type something and press enter to stay in the chat. I put up with that for ten minutes and then hung up. I called the phone number on the website and the man I spoke to told me I have to deal with the Care Pack department and he would transfer me over to them. I waited on hold for 2 1/2 hours and then the line went dead. So I tried the third option of having them call me and guess what? They will only call you if you have a cell phone. There are a lot of computer users who can't afford a cell phone, especially seniors on pension like me. Absolutely ridiculous that they won't call a land line. In desperation, I called sales and a really nice lady fixed it for me; found out my product number and registered it. Even she said that policy is unfair, prejudicial and just plain wrong.
I am a long time HP customer and I am appalled that they won't even speak to me about it.
