There is no master code to bypass or reset a password on an HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac033dx. However, here are the options to reset your password depending on the situation:
Microsoft Account Password Reset (If using a Microsoft Account)
- Go to another device and visit: Microsoft Account Recovery
- Enter your Microsoft email and follow the prompts to reset the password.
- Use the new password to log in.
Local Account Password Reset (If Using a Local Account)
If your laptop does not use a Microsoft account:
- Restart your laptop and hold Shift while clicking Restart from the login screen.
- Select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Command Prompt.
- Type the following command
net user <your_username> newpassword
and press Enter:(Replace <your_username> with your actual account name and newpassword with a new password.) - Close the window and restart your laptop.
Reset Windows If You Cannot Recover the Password
⚠ Warning: This will erase all your files if you don't have a backup.
- Restart the laptop and hold Shift while clicking Restart.
- Select Troubleshoot → Reset this PC.
- Choose Remove everything (for a full reset).
