Hi:

The Windows product key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS.

You don't need the product key to reinstall W10.

If you are interested in seeing the product key, you can install this free app from the MIcrosoft Store and it will show you the product key.  You can print or save the key for whatever reason you would want to do that.

ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Store Apps

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

If you will have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

The PC's product number is:  7QK06UA#ABA
