Can’t get my netbook to complete factory reset, keeps failing and now won’t start up Windows, anyone help please

Clean install Windows 10 using bootable USB created with Media Creation Tool.

Numerous tutorials on Youtube.

Would need to know the following:

1) model number of the laptop

2) what OS the laptop was running

3) age of the laptop

Thank you for the reply, tried hp virtual assistant and that’s a waste of time and effort, spent all day trying to resolve this.

Tried from an external drive but doesn’t see it, looks like it’s stuck midway through factory reset, each time I try reset it fails midway
