I recently changed the password on my wife's Microsoft account on my laptop. It worked once but the next time I tried to login, it didn't recognize the new password or the old one. I've used their password recovery form multiple times but it never works. And of course, I can't get anyone to contact at Microsoft. So I think my only alternative is to get a new Microsoft account to use on that laptop. My question is how to get the files on that laptop associated with the new account.  Can you help?
