N5Y05UA HP Notebook 15-f272wm ALL

Hello, I bought this computer in 2017. & i started having battery issues in 2020. My computer will automatically die if I take off the battery source (charger) and everytime i start it up it says “battery critically low” “replace battery” I searched up the part on this website but I can’t find it. I don’t know where to get the part. The computer doesn’t operate well, it’s responsive but the screen doesn’t really interact with me because of the battery help.

The specs of your machine is

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04936074

It uses 3-cell (31 WHr) Li-ion polymer battery part # 776622-001 which is N/A from HP now

          https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=776622-001

You can use part # to search elsewhere including eBay. I saw it on Newegg, Amazon ... for around $40. HP won't allow me to post those links, please use Google and search yourself

Regards.
