ENVY Laptop- 17t

I just got my new ENVY Laptop- 17t from the HP store. I started setting it up and when I got to where I create a pin and clicked “include letters and symbols” I noticed some blue clickable text pop up: “PIN requirements“. I then clicked the blue text and learned: “Your organization has set up the following PIN requirements”. I know this a mistake, but I don’t know how to fix it.

Microsoft is forcing new Win10 users to utilize an MSN account for logging into Win10 instead of using a local account.

There is a way around that, but you have to be logged in using the PIN first.

If you can't get past the PIN, we can't help you with that -- so you might as well return the laptop to the store and demand a full refund.
