If your computer has someone else's login on it,
The computer is not a new-sealed-in-Box computer from HP.
Possibly a return --
Some sellers just put returns back in the box and then back on the shelf to sell to someone else.
Not very nice, but it does happen.
If you purchased the computer believing it is "new",
If you can do so -- and want to --
Consider returning it.

HP doesn't sell computers with other people's accounts on the computer.
