I tried all the solutions described and none worked.
https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c00042629
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833
I tried:
1- Win+B / Win+V and power button, I hear the beeps but the display remains black;
2- Try to download bios from the product website: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-dv7-6c00-entertainment-notebook-pc-seri... ?sku=A6X00UA&serialnumber= [Personal Information Removed]- File: sp59755.exe
3- When I create the Recovery USB flash drive, on another pc, this does not happen, because the option to create does not appear, the file tries to install the bios on the computer that is being used to create the USB flash drive. Using the tutorial available on the website and youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k243bGIP3cc) it is impossible to create the Recovery Usb flash drive.
a)
b)
The screen to choose to create the Recovery Flash Drive does not appear, and it goes straight to the bios update.
c)
d)

Hello everyone, to anyone who is looking for an alternative to the previous solutions, I suggest trying to:
1- Remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard. It stores the BIOS configuration and if you changed any configuration in bios, this can solve;
2- After remove the battery, wait about 20min and place the battery back;
3- Turn on the computer. If the display turns on, enter the bios and set the date and time.
THIS SOLVED MY PROBLEM!!!
Note: In a desesperate try: I tried to unzip (I used 7zip) the bios file "sp59755.exe", and put it in a USB Flash, but it didn't work, the computer reads the USB, but it doesn't boot from it, I think some file is missing.
