Found it very disappointing to not be able to download drivers from HP's website anymore. When I go to Support > Software and Drivers > Laptop > Let HP Detect Product it is able to find and identify my laptop, however, I get an error message stating "We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product. Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again". (something else to note is that I receive this error message even when I bypass the automatic detection service and just enter in my product number in the manual search field)

Must have been a temporary site issue -- as I just used this link, which I believe is to the same page, and it worked OK:
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

I have seen this problem for the past 2-3 weeks or so. Troubleshooting has shown me that this happens when I'm using Firefox. When I try the same page from Edge it works. I don't know if something changed with Firefox or the coding of the page but I'm thinking Firefox. I do have the work around by going to a different browser so I'm not too concerned at this point.

HP Support hasn't posted updated drivers for Win 10 v2004. It's my understanding that it could take months before the updated drivers are posted.
HP Support should have cautioned against updating to Win 10 v2004, because the updated drivers don't exist.
