Hi, my laptop HP pavilion b&o g005nl doesn't start at all
There's a light lighting but the laptop seem completely dead.
I've already tried different things with buttons and with and without charger and battery
Is there any button on the back side?
Any help?
Thanks

Hi @Cla66,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I’m sorry to hear your HP Pavilion (B&O edition, model g005nl) isn’t powering on. Let’s help you figure out what’s going on.
There is no reset or dedicated button on the back of the HP Pavilion g005nl. However, here's what you can try:
Full Power Reset (You may have tried this, but let's confirm steps)
- Disconnect the charger and remove the battery (if removable).
- Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the charger only (without the battery).
- Press the Power button once.
👉 If it powers on or shows an HP logo, great! Reinsert the battery after confirming it boots.
BIOS Restore:
1) Shut down the computer, keep the charger plugged in
2) Hold down the Windows and B buttons together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
