Hi @Ratfink22,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Could you please elaborate a little more on what you mean by "has lost its HP starting logo and functions"?

A few questions that will help us better understand the issue:

  • When you power on the notebook, do you no longer see the HP logo before Windows starts, or does the notebook not boot at all?
  • Is Windows loading normally, or does it stop at a blank screen or display an error message?
  • What do you mean by "functions"? Are certain keys (such as the Fn keys), audio, touchpad, or other features not working?
  • Did this start after a Windows update, BIOS update, or any other change?
  • Have you noticed any LED blink codes, beeps, or other unusual behavior during startup?

Could you also share the exact model number or product number of your HP Pavilion 15 and, if possible, a photo or short video of what you see when you power on the notebook? That will help us better understand the issue and guide you with the most appropriate troubleshooting steps.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
