I would like to add that since the keyboard doesn't work, I cannot log into the computer. It boots up normally, but I have no keyboard, mouse, and the touchscreen doesn't work, but the screen itself lights up.
I will say, the laptop sat unused for five months. I charged up the battery and it started to update the software but something happened, the computer just froze. After waiting for it to unfreeze (it didn't), I forced the computer to shutdown. When I turned it back on, the keyboard, mouse, and touchscreen stopped working.
The laptop just turned three years old and has essentially become useless. Please help!
