HP never supported any G1 business class notebooks with cloud recovery software.

 

The HP Pro x2 612 G2's and newer are supported by the HP cloud recovery client software.

 

Your only option if you need to reinstall Windows would be to make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool.

 

After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the support page.

sir how about hp recovery manger if yes than which windows platform it support and hp model

iam trying to recover my laptop to its orginal factory state because my wwan card is not working 

it show no services    IN loop  i have tried almost all solution in my best knowldge

sir please guide me to get ride of this issue

You're very welcome.

 

Unfortunately, you won't ever be able to get the factory image reinstalled and if you installed the correct WWAN driver for the model WWAN adapter your notebook comes with and it doesn't work, I wouldn't be able to help you with that either.
