i had some problem with store app so i reset my laptop and when it loaded, it only let me sign in with a school account. i used local account and when i opened settings app to sign in, I changed the name of the device. then a message popped " windows is not activated". I searched online and read to sign in with Microsoft account and it may fix after restart. i did and even used this command in cmd.
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey, i got an id, entered it and it says that "the product ID you entered didn't work. check the product key and try again, ot enter a new one. (0x004f050). the product key in the settings is hidden but the last 4 characters are different.
i had Windows-Single Language and now it is Enterprise.
i tried everything on internet but nothing works.
i think it is because i changes the devices name or some problem with reset.
i contacted microsoft support, they instructed to write all the device related information somewhere safe like a paper or notebook, and reinstall the OS. they also suggested to once contact HP Support regarding this.

Hi:
The product specs for your notebook indicate that it came with W10 Home SL.
HP Notebook - 15-da0411tu Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
How you ended up with W10 Ent, is a mystery to me, but that is why you can't activate Windows.
Here's what I recommend you do...
Use the HP cloud recovery tool which will create a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility...
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
If you have to use the recovery tool on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's full product number in the tool's search window, which is 9VG26PA#ACJ
